The students from DY Patil International School were new to Traidhos this year and staff and students all had a wonderful trip. Their program was varied and included activities such as fieldwork, mountain biking and seeing elephants. A definite highlight for the students was the low ropes course. As one student said "I did things I wasn’t sure I could do and in the end I enjoyed it a lot."
The low ropes course as Traidhos is an excellent facility that allows the students to challenge themselves and to bond as a team in a safe but exciting environment. Over the course of an hour the students worked together to balance on wires, to swing on rope swings and to zip wire around the course to the amusement and amazement of themselves and their teachers. To finish they even took on the high wall challenge and managed to get their whole class up and over the wall in an amazing seven minutes and thirty-one seconds. One girl remarked, "I learnt my strength".
