Hello I’m Hugo, I come from a small province in Northeastern Thailand, called Kalasin. This region, known as Isan, is rich in culture, traditions, and especially its unique food. I grew up in a family that truly loves cooking, where food was not only a way to fill our stomachs, but also a way to share love, care, and togetherness. From a young age, I discovered my passion for cooking, learning both the flavors of traditional Isan dishes and the joy of preparing meals for others. Cooking, for me, is more than just a skill—it is a way of life that connects people, preserves culture, and creates happiness. I hope to play a small role in inspiring children to fall in love with cooking, just as I did. At the same time, I want to guide them to understand the value of choosing healthy ingredients and making mindful decisions about what they eat. By doing so, I believe we can help children build not only practical skills, but also healthier lifestyles and deeper respect for food and culture.
