Traidhos Inspired by Florence Nightngale 29 June - 5 July 2025

Campers considered the qualities that Florence Nightingale demonstrated: the willingness to give service to others, to be brave to try things others had not done, and to learn more about health and sanitation. 

Campers earned a first aid and CPR certificate after completing a first aid course; took a workshop to make hand sanitizer; used local herbs to make soap, ran a party for a local children's home and played with local nursery children. Campers also enjoyed making mini lanterns to remind them of the "lady of the Lamp".
