Shuwen's Natural Education Camp in Hunan, in collaboration with Traihos Camps, offered a unique experience for children. On the first day, we kicked off our journey with a parachute game to help everyone feel at ease, have fun, and get to know one another. It was a fantastic icebreaker and a great start to building new friendships.
During the program, the children participated in a variety of hands-on activities such as the Global Citizen SDG Challenge Game, shelter building, bird watching, kayaking, and jungle cooking, which helped build teamwork, problem-solving, and outdoor skills. They also explored Thai culture through umbrella painting, Thai bowling, Muay Thai boxing, and natural dye tie-dyeing. Fun activities like archery, raft building, and pizza making encouraged creativity and cooperation.
Science-based experiences like observing water quality and visiting the Siam Insect Zoo promoted curiosity and environmental awareness. A visit to The Chang Elephant Camp taught them about animal care and conservation. Time in the swimming pool helped them relax and bond with friends.
These activities allowed children to learn outside the classroom, develop life skills, and have fun through teamwork and real-world experiences.
