One of the long-serving members of staff, Banleng started in 1997.
She has a BA from Rajabhat University and worked at the Chiang Mai Sports Club and at the Regent Hotel, Chiang Mai before coming to Prem.
Chef Daeng graduated from Chiang Mai Centre for Skill Development and started work at Prem in 2001.
Prior to joining the centre he worked in restaurants in Had Yai, Songkla and Chiang Mai. In 2006 Daeng won Third Prize in a cooking competition in Paris.
His recreations include cooking and gardening.
Lynda has held different areas of responsibility during her many years with Traidhos. Most recently this included managing the Visiting Schools Program and she was previously Director of the Three-Generation Barge Program in Bangkok.
Lynda graduated with a BEd and taught for nine years in London. During this time she also did part-time work as a teacher tutor attached to Hertfordshire University, before moving to Thailand to teach primary science in a English-medium Thai school. Holding an RSA CELTA qualification, Lynda has led teams to the former Czechoslovakia and to Russia, encouraging young people to speak English and to develop youth programmes.
She worked with the Girl Guide Association of Thailand to set up pre-schools in northern villages. For many years she has led groups in camping and outdoor activities.
Nuj holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Oklahoma, USA, and a bachelor's degree (French) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
Prior to her arrival at Traidhos in 2013, she was Head of Marketing at the College of Management, Mahidol University in Bangkok. Her recreational interests include travelling, watching American films - and sharing coffee and bakery items with friends.
Ad started with Traidhos in 1996 after having worked with ML Tri at the Le Meridien Beach Resort in Phuket.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Assumption University Bangkok, and a diploma in business studies from the London School or Foreign Trade, London.
Her personal interests include her daughter - a medicine student at CMU - as well as reading and travelling.
Richard A Engelhardt is a Member of the Board of Governors and Honorary President of the Traidhos Three-Generation Community for Learning, Chiang Mai Creative City Goodwill Ambassador and a Member of Chiang Mai Creative City Development Committee.
A graduate from Yale and Harvard universities, he has held senior UNESCO posts throughout Asia.
A noted author in the fields of education, culture, arts and heritage, he has been knighted by HM King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia with the title Commandeur de l'Ordre Royal du Cambodge.
Suchart Sriwichai (Diow) holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Payap University and started work at Prem in 1997.
Prior to his work at Prem, Diow was employed as a computer technician at Maczone and Payap University. He is a keen photographer.
Tu has a BA from Chiang Mai Rajhabat University and worked at the Chiang Mai Zoo before joining Traidhos in January 2001.
His personal interests include travelling, and cycling, and he is a keen football coach.
Dao joined Traidhos in 1996 after extensive experience in the hotel industry at Baan Boran Chiang Rai Hotel, Lum Luk Ka Resort and Chiang Rai Sinthanee.
She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a second bachelor's degree in business administration. In her free time she enjoys travel and aerobic dancing.
Viroj holds a bachelor's degree in teaching industrial art from Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, engineering or design certificates from the Institute of Technology and Vocational College.
He is a certified Safety Officer Supervisor and prior to joining Traidhos in May 1997 worked with the Siam Tobacco Export Corporation and Siagra Company in Lamphun.
Viroj enjoys table tennis, travelling and regular visits to his local temple.
Kung started at Prem in 2011 having formerly been at Hoya Optics (Thailand).
She has a master's degree in accounting from Chiang Mai University.
In her free time she enjoys fitness, swimming and travelling.
